Christian Berg AS was founded in 1965 as the first Danish company specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning. The company is still an independent contracting and service provider privately owned by Christian Berg.
Christian Berg AS has built a reputation as one for Denmark’s best qualified companies within industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration plants as well as air-conditioning. From the head quarter in Glostrup and branch offices in Aarhus, Kolding and Stoevring we offer a nation-wide coverage with respect to installation and service.

Christian Berg AS acquired by the 1st of October 2010 GEA Grenco Koeleteknik A/S from the GEA Refrigeration Technologies Group, and has thereby strengthened its profile as one of the main and highly recommended refrigeration contractors on the Danish market. Christian Berg AS is by this acquisition present nation-wide in Denmark, with head quarter in Glostrup and branch offices in Aarhus, Kolding and Stoevring.
Christian Berg AS employs 44 service- and installation engineers as well as 24 white collar employees.
Christian Berg AS sells and installs refrigeration-, air-conditioning- and heat pump plants in all sizes and configurations ranging from 1 kW to 6.000 kW – dependent of the costumer requirement.
We install refrigeration plants with primary refrigerants as R407C, R404A, R410A, R134a, R744 (CO2), R290 (Propane) or R717 (ammonia) dependent on the requirement and costumers preference.
Apart from the refrigeration branch Christian Berg AS also consist of an air-handling system service provider, which is located in Glostrup.
